PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
Room reservations are subject to a 30% deposit, made when booking on this website. The balance will be payable upon arrival, along with tourist taxes.
Article 1 – Purpose
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking stays in guest rooms. The best welcome will be reserved for you, ideally between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. You can call us to agree on another time or check in in the morning
Article 2 – Duration of stay
You, the customer signing this contract concluded for a fixed period, may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 3 – Reservation and Conclusion of the contract
Your reservation becomes effective once you have paid the owner a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay. You will receive it immediately by email.
Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or email to the owner's address.
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay:
Cancellation is free if it occurs more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the deposit paid to the owner will be returned to you.
If the cancellation occurs between 7 days and the start of the stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owner.
If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay, the deposit remains acquired by the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
b) If the client does not appear before 8 p.m. on the scheduled start date of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains acquired by the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner.
Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner
When the owner cancels the stay before the start of the stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by email.
The customer, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid.
Article 6 – Arrival and departures
The customer must arrive on the specified day between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner as soon as possible. Departures are until 10:30 a.m.
Article 7 – Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Article 8 – Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the adult customer must pay to the owner who then pays it to the public treasury.
Article 10 – Use of the premises
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. No meals may be taken in the rooms. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must declare any damage for which he may be responsible and assume responsibility for repairs. The entire house is a non-smoking area.
Article 11 – Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number (including babies), the owner is able to refuse additional guests.
This refusal cannot in any case be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.
Article 12 – Animals
Pets are allowed.
